Bypass Appoval Stucked after 21A

Hello Experts

We were in test phase with workforce modeling, so workforce modeling approval rule was configured to "Bypass Approval". in BPM WORKLIST: ModelPlanApprovalTask

When upgraded to 21A, we lost the button to bypass Approvals in Transaction Console, Rules configuration, BUT THE BYPASS ORDER IS STILL ONLINE. HOW DO WE TURN IT OFF?
