Not sure if this is the correct forum so apologies if it is not.  I have seen several questions on here asking about building a dynamic form for a survey as an example where answers to questions drive which subsequent questions are displayed/hidden.  A lot of what I have seen expects you to know the entire list of questions and answers.  I am attempting to build a form that is truly dynamic where various components are added to the page based on answers to previous questions.  In doing so, I am using javascript to create elements using things like:

Howdy, Stranger!
