New page linking with Learning tile

Hi,

We have  created a page through page integration in sandbox. The page detail  screen shot attached in word document.
And i have created a tile in Learning group through "Quick Action" tile quick action info attached in word document.

 The problem is not displaying new tile in the ME->Learning.

Experts please  let me know how to call the newly created page link to newly created tile in learning.
