Approvals Delegation Notification Not Received by User

Hello Oracle Family,

I trust you all are safe and doing well.

 

I am facing an issue with one of my client during the implementation. The user is delegating the approvals for the approvals task from the UI (ME > ROLES AND DELEGATION) but the delegated user is not receiving approval delegation notification.

From the same navigation when the user is adding the Roles Delegation then the delegated user is receiving the roles delegation notification.

Has anyone faced such issues in any of the project? Was there any resolution to it? Any response or suggestions would be much appreciated.
