Adding addtional user info to the Bearer token

I want to add addtional user info like email, phone etc into the bearrer token returned by IDCS application so  that I can parse the  token when the user makes a request to get track and filter the request to an endpoint application. How can this be achived?

I have a foundation licses for IDCS. Oracle doc says it needs a standard license at add the custom claim. If I get a standard license from Oracle  where and how the  this can be configured in IDCS app to pull this addtional info?
