Hiding Legislative Flex Fields

Hello,

Has anyone been able to hide flex fields found under the PER_ASG_LEG_DDF flex field code? If yes, did it have a negative impact or come back after a patch? If no, was there any particular reason (other than using it) that you did not hide it?
