I am looking for advice on how an IT Security Manager or user with elevated privileges could 1) find all active users within the SaaS and then 2)  terminate those active sessions.

We have experienced multiple service interruptions to our SaaS instance and need to ensure the application suite has 0 active users while Oracle technical support performs their investigations in our environment. There are other use cases that would apply for only one or a small number of active users as well.

We are able to deactivate our end users in our external identity provider (we are using SAML 2.0 authN) which stops any NEW USER from creating a new active Oracle SaaS session. This will not 'kill' off the existing users within the Oracle SaaS. We need to wait for those users to stop using the system before we can get to the desired number of 0 active users.
