Entity is unlocked, but can't post a JE

Hello,

I unlocked the period in FCCS (under Manage Approvals), it shows the period/entity is unlocked.  However, when I try to post a JE, it states the entity is locked.  I also have opened the period under manage period.

I am an admin.

Has anyone run into this and the fix?
