Is there a way to perform Physical Counting and Cycle Counting in Oracle Inventory Cloud using Smart Phones / Tablets.

The expectation is 

1. Scan Barcode/QR code using smart phones and  enter  Physical / Cycle counting results
2. Trigger stock re-taking in smartphones in case ,inventory difference tolerance % exceeds a certain limit.
3.  Use Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service for Smart Phone Add-on Development
