Time entry is invalid

Summary

Getting an error for time generated from TCD using Generate Time Cards from Time Collection Devices process

I always get an error message "In time entry is invalid" when I generated time from Web Clock.

But when I try to input the same exact data directly in Time Card I don't get the same error, it works just fine.

I don't know which incorrect setup that causing the error.
