File Import is failing without creating any log file in Data Management


Hi All,

We are facing an issue with Test instance where data import in Data management is failing and shows below error.

"ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #5"

No log is generated and the process gets hung . I have tried to Refresh Members but that also shows status as failed without generating any log file. Has anyone else faced this issue? Appreciate any pointers.
