Hello,

We have excess  materials across projects that need to be transferred to other projects. This can be cut cables, original reel, extra steel rebar etc.

Question:- What is the proven field practice(s) so that the transfer price can be agreed case to case basis?

The cost of the item is same but are there another cost element(s) that can be configured  based upon the transportation and condition of the material so that the receiving project is encouraged to use the excess material rather than buy externally.
