When Adding a Pending Worker -the Proposed Person Type values should have only Contingent

Hi ,

We are trying to add a pending Worker ,while creating The Proposed Person Type Field having List of values (For Example-Contingent Worker, Employee) .We want to exclude the Employee ,the only one values have to be there in Drop down i.e Contingent. For a specific role
