How to check if Payroll has been processed for an employee in Termination Approval Rule?

We have this attribute in the approval rule definition - Worker's Payroll Details.Worker's Payroll Details ...

Can we get to know if the Worker's payroll for the current period has been processed based on the above attribute?

If not what is the alternative to achieve this? Thanks - Balaji
