We would like employees to request Study Assistance through self-service. I am looking for suggestions on where to enable this, one possibility is to use the 'Record External Learning Experience' forms, but we require a different workflow approval process and another will be to build a Content Item linked to the Talent profile

Please advise what your clients have done.
