Product Offering Price creation - Clarification needed

Hi,

While creating product offering price through post rest call, I see two sections compositePopRelationship and constraint.

Could you please explain me the significance of these two. I created one price plan using the attached payload . I could not verify the detailed price plan from UI to understand these sections. I could add the created price list to product offer, but it is not allowing me to check the detailed price plan from UI. Could you please provide me the way to check from UI as well.
