Community is not accessible for the employees in the production

edited Mar 16, 2021 1:24PM in Learning 2 comments

Summary

We launched a new community for our learners and while testing teh community in production we figured out that the learners are not able to access it

Content

Hi,

We created a community in our Oracle ATLAS for our Learners and looks like they are not able to access the community and throw some error (screenshot for the same attached).

Do we need to do something in the backend to make it accessible? even the learning admins are not able to access social page under any community.

Regards,

David
