To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Community is not accessible for the employees in the production
Summary
We launched a new community for our learners and while testing teh community in production we figured out that the learners are not able to access itContent
Hi,
We created a community in our Oracle ATLAS for our Learners and looks like they are not able to access the community and throw some error (screenshot for the same attached).
Do we need to do something in the backend to make it accessible? even the learning admins are not able to access social page under any community.
Regards,
David
