Receipt Routing with Direct

what should be the Match Approval level if we are using a Receipt Routing Direct

Dear, 

We have to use the Receipt Routing flag "Direct" for one-step receiving but I am not sure which value should select in "Match approval level" either "2-Way" or "3-way" and what is the difference between these flags?
