unable to reset last extract date by SOAP/REST in BICC

We are in a project where we need to have full extract every time. We are planning to trigger BICC job from ODI through SOAD or REST call. We did not able to find any tag or parameter in the request xml which basically trigger the BICC job as a full extract every time.

Please provide us a solution on how we can perform full extract every time we trigger BICC job using SOAP or REST method.
