Hide Proposed Worker Type- Employee in Pending Worker screen

Hi All

Navigation : My Client Group > Pending Worker(Quick Action)

If the Proposed worker type in pending worker is "Employee" then this record should not be visible in the Pending worker screen

Looking for any idea how to achieve this requirement
