Attempting to send a extract via BI report in emailContent
We have an extract setup that uses Bi to deliver the data in a report. In the extract, we are able to setup the report delivery via FTP to come as a CSV file. The same report used and sent via email is sending the file as a TXT file. How can i get the file delivered as a CSV file the same as FTP when using email as the delivery option?
When I change the output type in the email setup to CSV or Excel it delivers the xml data and not the report template data. I have attached screen shots of the BI setup, the etext headers and the 2 extract delivery setups. Thanks for any assistance.
