Document Designer - how insert header and footer inside a model loop over multiple continuous secti

I have a model loop over 10+ continuous sections.  I need to add a header just inside this loop that has subdocument attributes where values will dynamically change based on current model being looped over.  

Any ideas on how to go about this ?
