Position not pulling grade ladder value when assigning new position values

After transferring an employee to a different position the grade ladder is not getting update from the Position

Hi Oracle Community-

We are currently in version 21A we have created new positions and new grade ladder values. Assigned the grade values to  the new positions. Now seems to be not working on the employment page once we assigned the new position to the employee the new grade value is not been pulled.

Have you experience this on 21A? We had no issues with this process on 20D.
