Hi -

We have a process in place where we route document records to non HR users for approval.

With the classic notification users are able to click on the attachments and from their emails view then approve the document.  When we change to the new layout (i.e BIP_EMAIL_NOTIFICATION_HCM_PER = true) users are no longer able to access the attachments in the email.

Question:

- Is there a way to retain the ability to access the attachments the old way while using the new notifications without giving the ability to access document records?  Employees approving are non HR users and only need access to the document time of approval.
