Manual subledger journal entries function very useful to make any accounting adjustments at sub-ledger level directly, this will ease the sub-ledger to GL reconciliation as well. But this function does not have any control or review mechanism to avoid unnecessary or wrong entries created by users, this is leading to major issues while using this function. Hence, having an approval workflow similar to GL journal would add great value to this function. If it is not possible to implement workflow at least provide sub- privileges to control the final posting of the journal entries.
