Hi Al,,

I was just trying t understand the 2 ways we can perform duplicate check of candidates in ORC. So, there are 2 ways as of now. 

1. Initiate Candidate duplicate check action in CSP phases. This basically takes into account the candidates and the pending workers only, not the employees. 

2. Candidate Duplicate Check and Merge on the move to HR phase. This considers all the employees : workers , ex workers , contingent workers , beneficiaries etc.

Kindly let me know , if my understanding is correct here. 

Issues facing: In the CSP initiate duplicate check action, I don't see a mail being triggered to the recruiter, even though the recruiter check box is checked and the candidate auto dupe notification is configured.  I checked , all the privileges are also there. If anyone has faced this issue , could you kindly let me know what solved it.
