    20D - Health and Safety - Some users unable to see investigation questionnaires in dropdown menu

    Hello, 

    We've recently started using the health and safety module in HCM and noticed that some incident owners are not able to choose a questionnaire in the investigations section. The dropdown menu opens but there are no options to choose from. I've ensured that the security roles that are assigned have the HRT_MANAGE_QUESTIONNAIRES_PRIV privilege. I've tested several users and made sure that their security roles are the same but it still affects some users and not others. How does the security for questionnaires work? I'm sure I'm missing something but I'm not sure what.
