FYI BIP Notification Templates Issue

Hi All,
We are facing the issues in notification layouts after Adding A Pending Worker and Converting a Pending Worker.

  • When we Add a Pending Worker, the system doesn't trigger BIP Custom Notification Template. Even though only Custom Template is kept Active and Default.
  • When we Convert a Pending Worker, the system triggers the custom BIP Custom notification template but with one extra column which is not a part of the custom Template.

Has anyone faced this issue face before? Please advice.
