How to export OTBI report including Personal Photo?

Need to crreate an OTBI with Personal Photo and Export successfullyContent
Dear Experts:
I have builld an Employee List report with Personal photo as a columon. It works fine in OTBI UI. But when I exported the result using Excel option, the exported excel doesn't contain any photo.
How to solve this issue?
And is it possible to build such a report can be exxported successfully using BIP ?
