Hi All,
We have a requirement to send the resource alerts to Learning Admins as well for alerts such as course booking or course overdue alerts.We are aware for the tokens to be used for sending the alerts to Employees and Line Managers but what should be the token used if we want to send the same alerts as FYI to Learning Administrators as well.
Any suggestions or pointers are most welcome on how to achieve this or if you have already implemented this requirement
