Calculate Accrual didn't reflect correct total balance (ORA_ANC_FORFT_REST & FORFT entries)

edited Mar 22, 2021 12:44PM in Workforce Management

Summary

In third 'calculate accrual' run, total balance showing wrong value

Content

I have setup a front-loaded (200 hours each year) accrual plan with annual frequency (1apr-31mar), accrual is based on matrix fast formula. There is no ceiling limit. Carryover is set as 'Include in matrix' and logic is written in the formula. When i run the 'calculate accrual balance' process, third run should give 280 (as per logic) but total balance is remaining 240 hours at the start of the third year.

Steps i followed:

Repeating periods:

1st: 1apr2020 - 31mar2021

2nd: 1apr2021 - 31mar2022

3rd: 1apr2022 - 31mar2023

1. run balance for effective date: 1apr2020, then carryover: zero, total balance: 200 hours  (as expected)

Howdy, Stranger!
