Display a flexfield based on a specific legal entity

Hello all,

Our need is to display a custom information( descriptive ou extensible assignment flexfield) only for a specific legal entity.

It is fesable to accomplish this, without using the expression language?   It implies  too much maintenance work using security data roles.
