OIC-FTP List- Position- Not reading the latest file

Hi,

OIC(Ver 21.1.2.0.0) FTP List has position parameter which expects milliseconds as input and lists only the file which has timestamp greater than this position value as per the below support link(List Files newer then x milisec In FTP Adapter - OIC (Doc ID 2527413.1).

As per the above link, 

FTP adapter list operation exposes position in BindingParameters in request mapping. Customer can map the time in milli seconds. List operation will provide the file only after that time.

So I followed the  below steps but the latest file is not considering by FTP
