Unable to View Learning Initiatives Following 21A Upgrade

Unsure if this is related to the 21A upgrade installed in our production environment over the weekend but today I have noticed I am unable to view Learning Initiatives that have been previously setup and attached to specializations.

This appears to be happening with all Specializations that have Learning Initiatives attached to them. When I go to Learning > Learning Catalog > Select the specialization >Learners > Learning Initiatives > no results (See photo).  I've tried searching many different ways using the title, start date of initiative, etc. and each time I get no results here even though I know that I have Learning Initiatives setup on these specializations.

Howdy, Stranger!
