You can now load a data file that contains only the Closing Balance Input data to reverse the prior period non-zero Closing Balance amounts.

I was hoping that this update would eliminate the need to load zeroes for an intersection that has no data for the new period.  Today we can see an example where loading a zero to Closing Balance Input and YTD Input will correct our data, so I would like to better understand what the March update entails.
