When we associate a contract template to a negotiation, we can see the full text of the contract template (first screen shot).

When we Download Contract Terms we get the Word version but it is only the contract template with the place holder fields, not the text that the fields represent (second screen shot).

Both screenshots represent the exact same contract terms but the online version looks completely different from the Word document.

Is this by design? If so, it seems like we cannot use sections and headers in the terms templates as suppliers will not be able to understand what
