How to use new parent value for natural account segment in tax rule

I need to write a tax rule based on COA natural account values. There are many natural accounts to be put in one condition. and if anyone of them is in expense account in AP invoice line then specific tax code shall be applied.

Is it possible to use "is child of" in condition? I see it as an option if I use line account in tax determining factor sets. But question is which hierarchy will tax engine pick? As hierarchy is not selected in tax rule definition. And these accounts are right now under different parents in current hierarchy. I can create a new hierarchy but how will tax engine know which hierarchy to pick?

Howdy, Stranger!
