GHR > Role Mapping > Auto-provision Custom Employee Role not To All Employees

Hello All,

I will appreciate your support in the issue below: 

We have created Custom Employee Abstract Role “AUIB Employee” and role mapping for the same role; however, we do not want to Auto-provision the role for specific Employees mainly the HR Manager and HR Director because they are assigned another custom Employee Role. Can you please advise how to not auto-provisioning role for specific employees?
