BPM approval rule configuration for case when two rules are picked for the same transaction

Content

Hello,

I created a HR actioned approval rule to route the approval to 1. Workers manager, then 2. Worker's M+.

The initiator's roles specified for this rule is a HR role. However if HR person is a manager, it triggers both manager initiated and HR initiated rules and add both rules' approvers to the approval chain. (we checked in the diagnostic tool and it picked two rules at the same time)

I attach the roles I configured in the image enclosed. How to  trigger just a HR related rule, in case the action is initiated by the HR (and exclude the manager rule for them)

Howdy, Stranger!
