Add images in activity screen

Is there a way to add images in 'Customer Activity' screens for mobility users?

We have a screen in 'activity details' where users can add attachments. In order to highlight what type of attachment is expected we would like to include a picture in the screen to serve as an example of what image is expected.

How can we add such images for the mobility user screens?
