How to create an approval rule based on Requestor role

Hello,

I created an approval rule as described below but, when every user perform the action, the flow goes in approval. Below the 2 rules:

1. If the requestor has the role "APPROVATORE CORE HR" then the flow must go in self autoapprove

2. If the requestor does not have the role  "APPROVATORE CORE HR" then the flow must go in approval

Can you please help me to understand where is the error?
