Does anyone know what these 2 products are for?

Oracle Database Cloud Multitenant Service - S5

Oracle Java Cloud Service - SaaS Extension - S1

One of my clients use only Oracle Financials Cloud.  As part of their initial  licensing the got these products and now they came for renewal.  They are asking me if these 2 product licenses need to be renewed again.

Any information on this would be appreciated.
