Absences should not contribute to daily and weekly thresholds, but be included in weekly regular hours

Content

All,

Currently, the fast formula for daily and weekly threshold calculations does not include absences. So, absences do not contribute to the thresholds. We are using
WFM_TCR_THRESHOLD_TWO_TIER_SEVEN_DAY_SUB formula for threshold calculations. There is a new requirement that even if absences will not contribute to any of the thresholds, they need to be added to the weekly regular hours calculations, if the regular hours <37.5 weekly and there is an absence present in the duration.

How can this be achieved in fast formula? Any help would be appreciated.

Howdy, Stranger!
