Grades mapped within the the Jobs is not validated

At the time of Job creation, some grades are mapped that need to be validated at the time of Job selection on assignment page

In Employment screen of Person Management work area, on selecting the Jobs, the valid Grades been mapped within the jobs should auto populate and should not allow other grades values to be selected for these Jobs. 

But, even after grades have been mapped in the jobs, user is able to see all grades for these jobs and also system is allowing to choose and submit.

Validation is needed for user to select only those grades in the screen that have been mapped to the jobs and should not allow any user to select or submit any other grades.
