Hi,
After adding BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME in Manage Administrator Profile Value, we are observing that many transactions aren't triggering custom BIP notifications. 

Removing the profile value is also not making any effective change as the triggering of seeded notification continues.

Has anyone faced this issue? Please advice.
