Summary

Validation of same National Indentifier values does not happen in the system

Content

When two or more employee records has been given same National Identifier values, system does not validate and allows the submit of the record with duplicate values. 

System should validate and give any warning message stating the National Identifier values already exist.

Please suggest how the validation can be done.
