New Data Load Behavior For Closing Balance Input

Be aware that data source is not currently part of the filtering when clearing data with loading of data to FCCS_ClosingBalance_Input in Replace Mode

When loading data in replace mode (not using the new Closing Balance Input functionality), data is cleared based on Scenario, Year, Period, Entity, and DataSource.  However, with the new functionality (in 21.03) of loading Closing Balance Input in replace mode, only Scenario, Year, Period, and Entity are incorrectly used to determine the data to be replaced.  This means that all data for all data source members used for FCCS_Entity Input will be cleared for the Scenario, Year, Period and Entity included in the load file.  This will include any data from posted journals or other data loaded to other data
