Not receiving emails w/PDFs from Oracle

Hi Team,

When submitting or modifying a Purchase Order, not consistently receiving the emails with PDFs of the new/revised PO.

Sometimes they are delayed, sometimes they never deliver at all.

Can you please state the reason for the delay/lapse in these email notifications. Could this be a performance issue or any setup issue?
