EEOC Announces Opening Date for EEO-1 Reporting

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has announced that the data collection for 2019 EEO-1 Component 1 and the 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 will open on April 26, 2021 and close on July 19, 2021. The EEOC has extended the data collection period for this year from 10 weeks to 12 weeks.
