Professional Services - Billing by Monthly Rate

Hello,

We have a professional services client that bills their consultants based on monthly rates. They capture hours which determines partial month billing. Is there functionality available to meet this requirement?

Example:

	Hours Worked	Monthly Billing
Person A	160	$        1,000.00
Person B	120	$        1,000.00
Person C	60	$           500.00
